KS1 & KS2 Learning Support Assistants
Required from: September 2017
Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time hours per week.
Pay Range: Band 2 Point 11 - 14
We are seeking to appoint friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants who can effectively support our pupils learning and are committed to our Christian Ethos.
St James is an OFSTED 'Good' school. (November 2014) and 'Good' SIAMS (February 2017)
We have a strong professional team at St. James'.

The school is part of the Chelmsford Diocesan Vine Academy Trust.
The successful candidate will:
Be able to work closely with the class teacher to provide general support for learning
Have a confident grasp of literacy & numeracy
Show initiative and understanding
Be resilient, flexible, patient and engaging
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to engage and motivate children to learn
Work well as part of a team and independently
Be committed to our Christian ethos.
