Springfield Primary School is currently going through an exciting time of change and development as we strive to raise standards for all our children.

We are looking to appoint a full time, non-class based, experienced, highly motivated and inspiring SENCo to effectively lead and manage SEND provision across the school. We are seeking someone with proven high quality teaching with experience of working with children with a range of additional needs and a knowledge of the current SEND agenda.
The successful candidate will be part of our newly formed SLT.
You will hold the National SENCo qualification or be working towards completing the qualification. You will be able to effectively lead and manage the team of teaching assistants and work closely with colleagues, parents and other professionals.
