LGS Band 2 Points 11 - 16 (£15,807- £17,419) pro rata Actual Salary £4,355- £4,800
(12 -13 hrs/week - 39 weeks/year)
Start Date: as soon as possible
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work alongside the Head of Maths and teaching staff to ensure pupils reach their full potential.
The post holder will be expected to attend departmental meetings and some INSET training sessions and will need to:
Have good numeracy skills
Be approachable
Be able to show initiative and work independently
Be able to work at both KS3 and 4
Good communication skills
Departmental LSA are reviewed annually to ensure skill sets are kept up to date.
Relevant qualifications are desirable and previous experience of working with children is essential.
