An exciting opportunityhas developed for an inspirational teacher to join our friendly staff team.It is an exciting time at Mistley Norman, we are a growing school and you could be help to shape our vision for the school moving forward and a have a key role in the next chapter of our story.
Due to an increase in pupil numbers, we are looking for a part-time teacher foreither a Key Stage 1 or 2 class. The position is based on approximately 20 hours per week however there is some flexibility as to whether thiswill be mornings only or arranged over 3 full days in school.
The successful candidate will be passionate about learning and enjoy developing their own pedagogy. They will have high expectations and be driven to ensure that every child meets their true potential. They will also be committed to upholding the Christian ethos and values of our school.
As a member of The Vine Schools Trust, we work closely with our partner schools in the area which enhances the support, training and professional networkthat we can provide. We are also members of The Tendring Teaching Schools Alliance and Challenge Partners as well as being part of other local cluster groups. These memberships not only extend the provision for our children but alsogive wider opportunity for our staff to continue their own journey as learners.

Information about the School
We are a small village school and have a rural location just twenty minutes from Colchester. We are an academy with the Vine Schools Trust and so have the support of the trust and of the diocese.
