Teacher with experience teaching EYFS/Year 1
Would you like to join our fabulous, friendly and dynamic team? We are a small primary school with big ideas. As a small village primary we are looking for people who can use their initiative and wear many hats.
We are a creative and curious school, engaging pupils through imaginative learning projects and the outside world. We care about offering our staff team excellent CPD and close links with a range of schools as part of the Tendring Teaching Schools Alliance.
We are looking for a team player who is excited to take on a whole school responsibility and who would like to be supported into middle and then senior leadership. We like to grow our own leaders, but would consider supporting someone who is in their first few years of teaching.

A good knowledge of upper key stage two
A desire to be research led in their practice
Team work and a commitment to self-development
An outstanding level of numeracy, grammar and literacy
