Unity Primary Academy is looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking, committed and dedicated support team.
The role will require the successful candidate to support the learning of groups of pupils across the school and at times cover classes in the short term absence of a teacher. You will also be required to cover classes whilst teachers undertake PPA time.
The successful applicant must be able to fully engage pupils with a strong commitment to learning; be a confident individual who has a flexible approach and can work well under pressure. Have an understanding of motivating pupils of differing skill levels and a good awareness of behaviour management strategies.
