We require an exceptional teacher to add leadership capacity to our outstanding English team. We operate a team-based leadership model for Subjects at Honywood and this leadership position would involve the successful applicant working alongside two other experienced leaders in the Subject Team, both of whom work on a part-time basis.

You will need:
The ability to teach English Language and Literature to GCSE level and preferably to 'A' Level.
The mental agility to push your own learning and thinking and the capacity to become an outstanding coach, able to improve the quality of every teacher in your team.
A willingness to participate fully in extra-curricular events including residential experiences.
A willingness to learn every day as you consistently strive to increase your impact on our youngsters' learning.
