Due to the promotion of our current successful Deputy Headteacher we are seeking to appoint a dynamic and innovative colleague to join and share in the leadership and continual development of our school, significantly contributing towards moving the school from good to outstanding.

H C P S & N is a thriving community primary school situated in a historical seaside town, which serves a diverse and deprived community. Our children are enthusiastic, highly motivated, hardworking and positive.

The school was purpose built and opened in 2003.We are continually OFSTED rated "Good" Ofsted said, "the school is well led and managed, Senior leaders are fully focused on pupils' achievement and well-being. Subject leaders understand their roles well and carry them out with enthusiasm. Governors know the school well and monitor its work carefully.

The successful candidate will;

Ø Need to be an excellent classroom practitioner, initially KS2, and have a strong track record of good to outstanding teaching;

Ø Can inspire and motivate all learners;

Ø Assist the Headteacher in leading the school and taking it on its journey from good to outstanding.

Ø Have the ability to share the vision, aims and ethos of the school.

Ø Can work effectively within our team, supporting and promoting an inclusive community for learning

Ø Work alongside and with some of our hard-to-reach parents, enabling them to support their child's learning.
