Job Description

St Teresa's Catholic Primary School is an 'Outstanding' one-form entry Primary School in Lexden, Colchester. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, creative and highly motivated teacher with vision and ambition to lead assessment in our school.

This role would provide an excellent opportunity to develop management and leadership skills across the wider school.

The successful candidate will:

Be an effective classroom teacher with high expectations
Be creative and enthusiastic with highly effective classroom practice
Be an excellent role model to colleagues
Have drive and enthusiasm as an active member of the school's SLT
Be a practising Catholic or be prepared to engage fully in the Catholic life and ethos of the school.
