We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working at this senior level in a school (preferably an Essex school); leading and managing functions such as Finance & Accounting, Office Administration, HR, Procurement, IT, Premises, Catering and Health & Safety.
The successful candidate will:
Demonstrate outstanding business management practice
Have experience of leading and managing teams
Be successful in financial management including income generation
Skilled in project management
Be highly motivated and committed to the school
Have excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Be an exemplary role model with experience of appraising and developing others
Have a can do attitude, be a team player and have a good sense of humour
Have experience of managing social media on behalf of a business
