We are looking for a warm, driven and competent PA to be part of a brand new team with a willingness to turn their hand to anything! Hours at times need to be flexible to support for events such as Open Evenings and training. 37 hours per week ( Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 4.30 one night TBA staying until 5) Friday 8.30 - 3.30) 41 weeks per year.

Duties include assisting Head of College in the day to day performance of his duties and ensure the efficient operation of the College admin team.

You will also have the ability to oversee exams; this includes quality assurance, helping to ensure standards for verification are met.

The successful candidate will have a good, all-round education and willingness to undergo further training/development if required. You must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office packages, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and must demonstrate excellent organisational skills. The ability to deal with people with sensitivity and good humour, at all levels, is essential to the role.

Castledon School is a Special School for pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties and additional complex needs from Year 1 - Year 14.
