We are seeking to appoint, initially as a one year contract; an effective, highly professional and ambitious individual to take on the position of Operations Manager to the Chelmsford Education Network. The successful candidate will work closely with the Network Lead Headteacher and the Strategic Group in a considered role, managing all service aspects of the Chelmsford Education Network. This a new and exciting opportunity for both the Network and the new post holder.
The successful Candidate will:
- Give strategic vision and leadership to all aspects of budget, finance and Chelmsford Education Network Services
- Line manage our Network staff
- Play a central and creative role in the Strategic group
- Quality assure and actively promote all services
- Generate income as a sustainable school to school model
Therefore our ideal candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic and committed to moving the Network forward
- Demonstrate drive and energy
- Be highly organised
- Have vast experience of working within a financial background
- Work methodically with attention to detail
- Use their own initiative
- Be a team player and take the lead under pressure
- Have a flexible approach to the demands of the role
