Key Stage two post

We are a Challenge Partner school and OLEVI accredited. We care about offering our staff team excellent CPD and close links with a range of schools as part of the Tendring Teaching Schools Alliance. We are part of an exciting new trust of schools all working hard together to share best practice and ideas. We have a sister school at Weeley and work closely together to support each other including sharing a head teacher.
We were inspected by Ofsted recently who said we continue to be good and are looking for a teacher to join us, who is excited to help us achieve even better for our amazing children.
We are looking for a team player who is excited to take on a whole school responsibility and who would like to be supported into middle and then senior leadership. We like to grow our own leaders, but would consider supporting someone who is in their first few years of teaching. Key stage will be allocated according to skills and experience.
