We are looking to appoint a Headteacher to continue to raise standards and promote a friendly, yet challenging environment to get the best from every child. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated leader who can inspire staff and children, building on our current Ofsted judgement of ‘Requires Improvement’ and moving the school to ‘Outstanding’.

We are looking for a Headteacher who will:

• share the school’s belief that our children, their learning and development of their potential are at the centre of all decisions

• have the vision to promote the highest quality of teaching, learning, pupil achievement and behaviour

• enthusiastically encourage parents and carers to work in partnership with the school and to engage with their children’s learning.

You will be committed to achieving high standards, have outstanding communication skills and be an excellent manager with a clear vision for the future of our school.
