Group 3 Salary L18 - L24 (for HT Post + £5k p.a. for PL Post - Making Group 4 Equivalent)

Notley Green Primary School is the Lead School for CHANGE Partnership with Cann Hall Primary School, Constable Avenue, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, CO16 8DA.

Following the retirement of our Headteacher and Academy Principal, we are looking for an inspirational and outstanding Leader with a drive to continue the support for sustained improvement. Notley Green is currently holding Ofsted grading of ‘Good’; are you the person to help us realise our high expectations of reaching an ‘Outstanding’ grading, thus achieving the vision of our children, parents, staff and Governors? We are an ecological, sustainable school which prides itself in having a stimulating learning environment!
