Larkrise School is a one form entry school that is about to convert to an Academy, as part of a local Multi Academy Trust. At this exciting time the Governing Body is looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who be an inspirational leader and will have the ability and drive to help us secure "Good" and then journey beyond to "Outstanding".
We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who has:

high expectations and a real passion for teaching and learning

excellent communication and organisational skills

a passion for providing a creative curriculum for pupils

experience of working in a Leadership role

an ability to inspire and motivate others
