We are seeking to appoint a creative, hard working and enthusiastic person to be our SENCO/Inclusion Manager. They will be responsible for the standards and improvement of our provision for children with SEND, who have EAL and those who are very able.
The successful candidate will: Have excellent classroom practice. Have a proven track record in successfully raising standards of teaching and learning across the whole school; specifically in the area of SEN. Be able to challenge and support colleagues and raise standards. Demonstrate a passion for the education and development of the whole child. Have high expectations of themselves, colleagues and children. Be fully committed to the ethos of our church school.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a good school that is rapidly moving forwards. The successful applicant will be given appropriate support and opportunities for professional development. Days of work to be decided upon appointment but will include Tuesdays.
