Roding Valley High School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and driven Deputy Headteacher following the promotion of Ashley Dixon to his first Headship.
This is a very exciting time for the school as we have opened a new Sixth Form in September and we are looking to build further on our strong local reputation. The last time the school was visited by Ofsted it was judged to be "Good with Outstanding features" and the successful candidate will need to share our desire to move the school to Outstanding.
Roding Valley High School students are aspirational and attitudes to learning are positive throughout the school. Our focus is to ensure that all students maximise their outcomes and they are given individual support in order to achieve this.
