Following the appointment of a new Headteacher in September 2015, the Governors are now seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic, experienced and committed primary practitioner, eager to contribute towards the leadership and management of this school.
The successful candidate will have:
• high expectations for children's attainment and behaviour
• senior leadership experience
• the ability to take the initiative, enthuse and inspire
• good communication and organisational skills
• passion and energy for the success of the children
• the ability to build excellent relationships with parents and the community
• a high level of understanding of pedagogy and extensive, successful experience in one of the primary key stages
• the ability to interpret data
• the ability to be a strong strategic thinker
• a good sense of humour
