The Governors of Terling Primary School are looking to appoint a motivational, innovative Head Teacher for our school in the beautiful, rural village of Terling. We are very proud that our school was inspected and judged as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and the Diocese in 2013 but this is far from the end of the journey and we are excited to see where our new Head Teacher can lead us and help us progress further. You will provide strategic vision and inspiring leadership through the opportunities and challenges of the next stage of the school's growth and development to give our children the best possible start.
We are looking for someone who has:
• a positive approach, values enjoyment and celebrates achievement
• experience and a proven record of successful classroom teaching across the age ranges
• a commitment to inclusion, equality of opportunity and diversity for all members of the school community
• the ability to inspire and motivate all staff, pupils, parents and governors to achieve the aims of the school.
