DEPUTY HEADTEACHER AND SENCO / INCLUSION LEADER

An ideal opportunity has arisen for an outstanding, highly organised, visionary and strategic leader to build upon our good foundations and achievements. This is a non-classroom based position although there will be regular teaching commitments.

WE ARE SEEKING A CANDIDATE WHO:

Has proven leadership, interpersonal and management skills

Is innovative, inspirational and able to motivate our staff and children while making them feel valued and supported

Is a dynamic individual who will accept nothing less than a fully inclusive education for all the children in the school

Is able to devise, implement and monitor action plans and other policy developments for inclusion (including SEN)

Has significant people skills and is an excellent communicator

Has some experience in data analysis and target setting

Is committed to promoting positive behaviour strategies

Can continue, build on and improve relationships with our parents and the wider community.
