An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Headteacher at our school. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher and leader who can motivate and inspire staff and pupils. The position will include a broad range of strategic leadership responsibility and some teaching; the post is not class-based.
The successful candidate will:
· be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a positive attitude;
· have proven ability to lead significant areas of school development;
· have successful experience of raising standards throughout the school;
· be able to both lead and participate in effective teams and to motivate others;
· have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour;
