Following the promotion of our Deputy Headteacher to Headship, the Governing Body is seeking to appoint an outstanding professional with drive, committment and enthusiasm.
Our new Deputy will be someone who:-
- is an excellent communicator with a calm disposition and welcoming manner
- has a track record of effective and successful senior leadership and management activity
- has a passion for teaching and inspires a love of learning
- has the ability to motivate and engage staff and children
- is forward thinking with up-to-date knowledge of current special educational needs and practice
- is able to share responsibility for the analysis of key school performance data

Cedar Hall School is an innovative and forward looking all age (5-16) Special Foundation School, which provides education for pupils who primarily experience global, moderate learning difficulties, but may also experience a range of other needs such as autistic spectrum disorders and speech and language difficulties.
