We are seeking a candidate who will:

Demonstrate excellent classroom teaching and learning skills with high expectations of pupil attainment and behaviour
Inspire, support and lead in partnership with our children, staff, parents, governors and parish
Communicate effectively and be able to work as part of a team
Have the opportunity to appoint their own Deputy Headteacher
Have the skills, knowledge and drive to secure an OFTSED rating of outstanding
Have excellent interpersonal skills, working closely with Parents, Governors and the Diocese.
