The Governors, Staff and Children of Lubbins Park Primary and Nursery School, a one form entry school, are offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in a school where we believe that every child has the capacity to excel. The successful candidate will:

· Have a proven track record in raising and sustaining the quality of teaching and the attainment of all pupils

· Have leadership experience

· Support the professional development of our staff so they may raise their goals and build on their achievements

· Have exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
