Learning Support Assistant

Based at Stanford-le Hope Primary School Copland Road, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex SS17 0DF

Required ASAP Fixed term contract, until July 2015 17.5 hours per week, term time.

Working from 11.45am-3.15pm Band 3 Point 8 - £6046 pa (after pro rata)

Duties include working with SEN pupils in class and individually and preparation of materials for access to learning. We are looking for someone who is organized, calm, patient and firm, forward thinking and a team player with a good sense of humour. The successful candidate will I deally have a NVQ 2 or 3 and experience of working within SEN would be helpful. On the job training will be offered and the potential for professional training is available.
