Due to the successful promotion of our Deputy Headteacher the Governors are seeking to appoint a passionate, inspirational and committed teacher who will be part of the Senior Leadership Team working with the Headteacher in leading the school from 'good' to 'outstanding'. This is currently a non-class based position but will have some teaching time across all key stages.

The ideal candidate will:

  • be innovative class teacher whose pupils make excellent progress
  • have the skills to develop and lead whole school priorities and help us support our vision of Inspire, Encourage Believe for all our stakeholders.
  • be a team player who is able to inspire and motivate colleagues

Is an enthusiastic leader with good communication and interpersonal skills who has some successful leadership experience already.

  • be a leader who will have the very highest expectations for all within our school community
