We are currently looking for a Cover Supervisor to deliver outstanding teaching and learning and achieve excellent results for all our students.
- Salary Band is £20,912 (Full Time Salary)
- Actual Salary is approx £17,775 per annum.
- 37 hours per week (08.15 - 4.15 Mon-Thur & 08.15 - 3.45 Fri) 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
The Basildon Academies are two state of the art Academies based in Essex, just 35 minutes from London. The Lower Academy specialises in the teaching of our students aged 11-14 whilst the Upper Academy specialises in our 14-19 year old student populations. The Academies are approximately 1 mile apart.
We are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor, who's role will be to take classes when Teachers are absent/require cover.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum grade C at GCSE Maths & English
- Have a genuine belief in the potential of every child
- Have high expectations for all pupils
- Have a flexible 'can do' attitude
- Be a strong team player
- Experience in this area is desirable but not required
