We are looking to appoint an outstanding, energetic, creative and highly motivated teacher. If this is you, could you also be, or already are, a strong middle leader?
This exciting opportunity is for someone to combine outstanding classroom teaching with the leadership, development and responsibility of a core subject. The post holder will be provided with fortnightly release time.
It could be the stepping stone into middle management you have been looking for or an opportunity for an already established middle leader to embed their skills in a different environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- High expectations of themselves, children and all staff
- The ability to inspire outstanding learning and be a role model within the school
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Clear and precise primary subject knowledge
- Good understanding of IT and how it can be used to enhance learning
- Sense of humour and enjoys making a difference to children's life
