Guidance Manager
37 hours per week, term time plus three weeks
We are looking to appoint a proactive and experienced professional who, under the direction of the Phase Leader will provide supervision and development to those students within the Phase area of care, guidance and support. You will be expected to play a key role in raising attainment by targeting and supporting students and helping them to overcome barriers to learning including attendance, behaviour and achievement. In this important role you will be a key link between the students, staff, families and other agencies.
You will be an excellent written and verbal communicator and will be able to negotiate effectively with children and adults, challenging attitudes sensitively and professionally when necessary. You will have a proven track record of achieving targets and improving educational outcomes for students.
