We are looking to appoint a hard working and motivated individual to join our school as a Tutor.
Working 2 hours per day, 5 days a week (1:00-3:00pm), for 10 weeks each term (paid for 12 hours per session as includes planning time.)
The successful candidate will:
· Be a great classroom practitioner
· Set the highest standards for themselves and pupils
· Have highly effective communication skills and a commitment to a collaborative, team approach as part of a year group team
· Have excellent subject knowledge across the wider curriculum and a commitment to creative and enquiry approaches to learning
The role is to provide extra education and support to help pupils progress academically and earn qualifications. Duties include providing private tutoring to individuals, pairs and groups, in a given subject, assessing a student's level of education in that subject and supporting a student through exams.
