We seek to appoint an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team. Following on from our Ofsted inspection rated as good in November 2019 we are looking for a senior leader with the vision and expertise to support the school on its journey towards Outstanding.
The successful candidate will be:
• passionate about providing the best possible education for all children
• an exceptional, creative and highly motivated teacher, providing an excellent role model for all staff
• able to model and disseminate high quality teaching and learning
• possess the drive and determination to implement school-wide improvements
• have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• committed to the principles of inclusion and to safeguarding children
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate ready for a new challenge. Our school is situated on the edge of Epping Forest, enjoying a large playing field and views across the countryside. We have a committee run Pre-school onsite and recently acquired 2 railway carriages which we will be converting into learning spaces.
This post is a teaching role with release for PPA and 1 day release for Leadership duties.
