Alresford Primary School is looking for a finance assistant to work 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday, term time only plus 2 INSET days) 8:15am to 4:15pm.
We are seeking to appoint a well-organised, efficient, flexible and motivated individual with integrity and financial acumen to support our School Business manager.
The successful applicant will be
- responsible for processing orders and invoices, as well as other finance and administration duties ensuring best value procedures.
- have a proven track record of working in a school environment
- have up to date knowledge of FMS, Excel, MSWord and SIMS.
We have wonderful, curious children who are polite and keen to learn. Our staff are supportive of each other and there is a very strong sense of teamwork across the whole school.
