Family Liaison Officer Vacancy
2 days per week ( negotiable if more hours needed); 43 weeks per year (includes 8 days over the school holidays); permanent contract
Essex Pay Scale 5-6 ( Points 8-17 dependent on experience)
Full time equivalent salary £21,269- £25,418
Actual pro-rata salary £5,502.63- £6,962.37
We are a looking for an enthusiastic and caring Family Liaison Worker to join our established safeguarding team to further develop relationships between home and school in order to promote and facilitate good attendance and happy families. You will be required to work from 9am to 3pm daily with 30 minutes for lunch, although this too is negotiable for the right candidate.
Candidates should have experience of working in a similar environment. Experience in a child support role would be a benefit. However, as part of our commitment to staff development, training will be provided as required. The post holder can expect to work as part of a motivated and friendly school team.
