Teaching Assistant Pay Range: 25 hours 25 minutes at Grade B (£11,910 - £13,447)

Midday Assistant Pay Range: 2 hours 30 minutes per week at Grade A (£1,039 - £1,173)

Position Start Date Immediately

Contract Type 25.25 hours LSA 8.40am to 15.00pm Monday to Friday (1.15 hours unpaid break)

2.30 hours MDA a week/ term time (37weeks)

Contract Term Fixed term until 31st July 2028

You Will be,

· Experienced in working with children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

· Warm, positive and sensitive to families from diverse backgrounds.

· Have high expectations of pupil attainment and behaviour

· Have evidence of ability to enthuse and motivate pupils

· Have good organisation and communication skills

· Will be committed to pastoral care, collaborative team-work and flexible working.

· Committed to providing a 'child-centred nurturing' ethos.

· Be part of a team to provide high quality care and support for children with a range of social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

· Be warm, positive, reflective, adaptive, patient, confident, cooperative, organised, and flexible and sensitive to families from diverse backgrounds is essential.
