RECEPTIONIST
Required: ASAP
Scale 3 Points 4-5 Actual Salary £9782.12
22.5 hours per week, 39 working weeks per annum
Temporary Contract to end of Feb 2022
We require a Receptionist for our School Reception as soon as possible on a temporary contract
Candidates will have
· Proven administrative and organisational skills
· Excellent IT skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent telephone manner
The person appointed will be the first point of contact for both telephone and face to face enquiries, be able to work using their own initiative and as a member of a team, liaising with Staff, Students, Parents/Carers.
This post is for 22.5 hours per week term time, including non-student days. The hours will be as follows:
Monday to Wednesday 8am - 4pm
This appointment is to cover for the long-term absence of the substantive postholder.Should the employee return to duty before the end of Feb 2022, the contract will cease with statutory notice.
