We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will become part of our friendly and hard-working team which is dedicated to ensuring our children learn well and are well cared for. The role is varied and will include working with individual children and groups of children through time in class, in interventions and at break and lunchtimes.
We want the very best for all our children as we work towards becoming a great school. Since September 2015, when I joined the school, I have seen hard working, committed and friendly colleagues striving to improve all that we do for our children. The successful candidate will be given appropriate training and support. Support includes free tea and coffee, Chippy Fridays and plenty of chocolates.

Information about the School
We are a primary school in a rural location just twenty minutes from Colchester and 10 mins from Clacton-on Sea. We are an academy with the Vines School Trust and so have the the support of this trust and the Diocese.
