SENCO Assistant (Maternity Cover - Multi Academy)

20 Hours Flexible
We would like to appoint an enthusiastic, well-motivated SENCO assistant who can join our successful team. We are looking for someone who would work across the Vine Schools West hub.
The schools are part of the Chelmsford Diocesan Vine Academy Trust.
The successful candidate will:
Be able to support the SENCO and Inclusion Manager
Have a good understanding of the SENCO and Inclusion role
Good knowledge of SEND paperwork an advantage
Show initiative and understanding
Be resilient, flexible, patient and engaging
Have excellent communication and admin skills
Good understanding of behaviour management
Work well as part of a team and independently
Be committed to our Christian ethos
