Night Awake Staff - Residential School
Monday - Thursday 21.45-7.20am (including a short break), Term Time only. 37 hours per week. £17,490 actual salary per annum
With our newly opened residenital unit continuing to expand, we are looking for enthusiastic, hard working, caring people to join our team.
Candidates will be expected to have a NVQ level 3 in care or similar or be willing to undertake their own study towards gaining the qualification.
Lexden Springs is an inspiring school where no two days are ever the same (but a smile is always guaranteed!) which caters for pupils aged 3 - 19 who have a variety of severe learning difficulties, including some with autism and/or challenging behaviour and some with serious medical conditions.Our pupils can start their boarding journey with us from the age of 5 years old up until their 18th birthday.
We pride ourselves in having high quality and enthusiastic staff that encourage our pupils to achieve their fullest potential academically, socially, emotionally, physically, morally, spiritually and aesthetically, enabling each pupil to grow in confidence, and able to participate in the wider community. We support our staff in doing this by offering a high level of training and development throughout their time at Lexden Springs and encouraging them too to also reach their fullest potential.
