Salary: Band 4, Point 19 (depending on experience)
Hours per week: 37 hours
Working weeks: 40 working weeks (working term time, plus non-pupil days and one week holiday working)
Here at Lubbins Park Primary Academy and Nursery we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join and develop ourNursery.
Lubbins Park Primary Academy and Nursery is located in Canvey Island, Essex and is part of Epsilon Star Multi Academy Trust; founded in September 2016. It is also joined by Kents Hill Junior School, located in Benfleet, Essex where the Trust Head Office is also located.

Working closely with the Assistant Head of Academy, you will be a dynamic and inspirational leader, able to retain, develop and maximise the
experience and talent of a good team. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and will bring energy to every task with a positive, solution-focused approach, as well as ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented at all times.
You will have a passion for Early Years education, promoting learning and development at every opportunity, always seeking new and exciting ways to achieve the best. We ensure that all children receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development, with their welfare and happiness central to everything we do.
