Columbus School & College is situated in Chelmsford and Pioneer School is located in Basildon. Graded as 'outstanding' by Ofsted, Columbus is a leading all-age special school for children and young people aged 3-19 with severe and profound learning difficulties.
Pioneer School is an 'outstanding' by Ofsted, purpose built mixed, day special school designated for children and young people aged 3 - 19 with severe and complex learning difficulties.
This is not a job for just anyone. You will be responsible for both schools, and with the support of the exceptional leadership team at Trust level, we are looking for someone who can lead two high-performing schools to new heights. You will inspire colleagues to achieve even more for our children & young people and their families and be able to demonstrate a successful track record as a senior leader in a special school designated for children and young people with severe and complex learning difficulties. You will lead the Heads of both sites to inspire each and every child to live a remarkable life.
