When you walk through the doors of Gosbecks Primary School, the experience is something special, a vibrant and stimulating environment that inspires our pupils to be the best they can be. It is this ethos which is part of the DNA of this amazing School and was recognised by OFSTED when they awarded us a Good rating in 2018.
Due to our current Headteacher moving on to become Her Majesty's Inspector (HMI) this summer, we need to plan for the next stage of our improvement journey and appoint a new Headteacher who will build on the successes of the past few years.
The new Headteacher for Gosbecks will have the unique opportunity of participating in the recruitment process for a new Assistant Head, as our long-standing colleague will be retiring this summer. The Governors are looking to recruit a strong leadership team that complement each other, and so offer this rare chance to shape the team by being involved in the selection process for the Assistant Head position.
We are therefore looking for an ambitious and passionate leader who can lead change, inspire a workforce, engage with stakeholders, parents and pupils alike to deliver an amazing experience for all.
