Catering Manager - 37hrs per week
7.30am to 3.30pm Mon to Thu
7.30am to 3pm Friday
39 Working Weeks (44.3 Paid)
Required : ASAP
BAND 3 NPS Point 6-11
· Would you like to manage a kitchen in a busy new build secondary school catering for students from years 7 through to 11?

Applicants will need to have a good knowledge of running and managing a kitchen including all aspects of food hygiene and COSHH procedures. Applicants must have excellent cooking skills and the job involves;
· Planning menus
· Ordering supplies
· Hiring, training, supervising and motivating other kitchen staff
· Organising staff rotas
· Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived
· Monitoring the quality of the product provided
· Managing budgets and maintaining financial & admin records
· Being able to think on your feet within a limited time frame
