Salary depending on qualifications and experience starting at £11,116 (FTE £17007 + £597 outer fringe) and £12,168 for level 3 HLTA qualified.

We need an energetic, playful, patient and empathic HLTA or LSA to join us immediately! We currently have funding to support a pupil throughout year 6 and with a managed move into specialist provision. This position is available for this academic year only however we are a growing provision so expect further opportunities in the future.

The Atrium is an early intervention SEMH provision. We work with pupils, parents and carers, mainstream schools and outside agencies to build a team of support around children. Together we work towards pupils' reintegration back into a fulltime, mainstream setting.

We are looking for someone who is caring, creative, curious and resilient, who is able to build morale in sometimes very challenging circumstances. This is an opportunity to join a great team and change outcomes for young vulnerable people, their families and the wider community.

A typical week would involve: planning activities as part of a team, 1:1 academic support, joining in and leading small group activities, working with specialist teachers to develop supportive strategies and lots of energetic role play! A love of reading, creativity and great sense of humour is essential.
