Office Manager - Managing the school office team & dealing with day to day running of the school
LG 2019 Pay points: Band 4 Spine point 19
Term time plus non pupil days and 3 weeks (42 working weeks - 47.7 paid weeks)
37 hours per week (Monday- Thursday 8:00-12:00, 1:00-4:30, Friday 8:00-12:00, 1:00-4:00)
The Role - Office Manager
Walton on theNazePrimary School are seeking to appoint an organised Office Manager with great leadership skills to join our vibrant team.
The role involves ensuring the smooth running of the school office, leading an experienced team of administrators, maintaining the school Single Central Record, the completion and submission of monthly and annual returns required by ePayroll for all employment, salary and overtime, sustaining all pupil data and LA returns and ensuring the school needs are meet smoothly and professionally.
The ideal candidate will already be working within a school and be efficient in Word and Excel.
Experience of using Sims.net would be advantageous.
