Due to the retirement of our long serving Catering Manager we are looking to recruitan experienced and friendly Catering Managerto prepare fresh home-cooked food for our pupils. This is an important role which, with the support of a catering team, involves catering across two serving areas of the school. Candidates must have experience of cooking for approximately 100 pupils and staff mealnumbers and enjoy working as part of a team; training will be available for the right candidate.
Along with food preparation andserving, the Catering Manager will also have responsibility for food purchasing, stock taking and maximising the catering budget. They will also undertake line management duties forthe current catering team ensuring training records are up to dateand future planned.
