NEWLY QUALIFIED TEACHER - MATHEMATICS
MPS, London Fringe Pay Scale
Required for September 2019, an enthusiastic and ambitious Newly Qualified Teacher to join our Mathematics department. An early start in July 2019 would be considered.
The Bromfords School and Sixth Form College is a school where students achieve well and are part of a strong, caring community. In 2018, our A Level results place us in the top 25% of schools nationally with 45% of grades at A*B and two students securing a place at Cambridge University. We also continue to deliver strong outcomes in vocational courses.
The Mathematics Department consists of seven full-time and two-part time Mathematics teachers; a Maths Progress Mentor and one subject specific Learning Support Assistant

Information about the School
Our school is making rapid progress since its inspection in November 2022. A recent review by the Local Authority commented on the ‘sea change’ noted in students’ behaviour and the culture and ethos of the school. Our 2023 outcomes were the best set of Key Stage 4 results achieved by Year 11 students since 2016. Our Year 7 intake continues to be oversubscribed, with a waiting list.
