An excellent career opportunity for a current or aspiring Headteacher has arisen due to the retirement of our long standing Headteacher. The children, staff and governors of Grange Primary School are looking to appoint an exceptional, dynamic Headteacher: to build upon the strengths of the school, to continue the strong record of progress the school has achieved and who is willing to grasp an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our successful, creative and very popular school. They would continue to build on our strong community links with local schools via the Towns' unique Collaborative Learning Centre (CLC). Grange has a long and established broad and creative curriculum.
We need you to:
- Have a passion for fostering a love of learning in all pupils
- Be outward looking, energetic, friendly and supportive
- Be able to adapt to an ever-changing educational world
- Have a commitment to high standards of achievement and behaviour
- Be a confident and effective communicator
- Have good understanding of school improvement planning, budget planning and management.
