Catering Assistant
Band 1 Point 7-10 (depending on experience)
10.00 hrs. per week (term time only)

Our friendly, successful catering team are looking to appoint a Catering Assistant for 10 hours per week 11:45am-1:45pm, term time only. This is a busy kitchen and the post holder will be required to work as part of a committed school team preparing fresh home-cooked food for our pupils, staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Assist with the preparation and serving of school meals
Undertake all aspects of cleaning equipment (light and heavy), floors, fixtures and fittings, cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware etc. as directed.
Maintain a high standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene to comply with statutory and school regulations
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS clearance, satisfactory references and medical checks.
